Troubleshooting Mobile App

Steps to take for troubleshooting any mobile app issues

If you are experiencing issues with the Traffio app, we recommend completing the following troubleshooting steps before contacting support. These steps resolve many common issues and can help get you back up and running quickly.

Firstly, please check your app build number.

This can be found in the Settings section of the Traffio app.

Current app versions are:

  • Android: 3.7.114-18c1

  • iOS: 3.7.99-82e0

Next, scroll to the bottom of the Settings page and select Check for App Updates to ensure your device has the latest version installed.

If the Check for App Updates option is unavailable or does not work, please uninstall and reinstall the Traffio app from your relevant app store.
