Specialisations let the system know if a person is qualified to work on a job. You can create as many specialisations in the system that suit your business.

Once you create a specialisation, it is also created as a resource.

How to create a specialisation

Navigate to admin on the side toolbar and then click resources on the top toolbar.

From here, click new.

Enter the name of the specialisation. Add an abbreviation, then choose the type of resource.

Click Save.

The specialisation is now in the system and ready to be applied to skills.
