This article provides more detail on the configurations available to your dockets

There are various changes you can make to the information available on the dockets received from your employees and also available to the client.

Getting Started

To have access to changing configurations, you will need administrator access. You can learn more about roles, access levels and permissions here.

Docket appearance configurations

Use arrive at depot

This configuration provides an extra data field in the docket for when workers first arrive at the depot.

Config options:

  • Do not show arrive at depot (default)

  • Show arrive at depot

Use leave depot

This configuration provides an extra data field in the docket for when workers leave the depot to go to the site.

Config options:

  • Do not show leave depot (default)

Use return to depot

This configuration provides an extra data field in the docket for when workers return to the depot after completing the job.

This field appears after the client has signed the docket and provides an opportunity for workers to sign the depot return time before submitting the docket to the office.

Use individual job dockets by default

This will determine how you want your dockets to be submitted, individually, as one team, or flexible to choose an individual or team.

** Flexi job dockets coming soon. Not yet deployed.

Config option

Description

Do not use individual job dockets (default)

All workers assigned to the booking are included in the docket, with no ability to remove anyone. This is not restricted to any particular role.

Use individual job dockets

An individual docket is required per person assigned to the booking. Any colleagues on the booking are not visible/available to be added to your docket.

Flexi job dockets

When submitting a docket you can optionally include your colleagues. This is not restricted to any particular role.

Examples

Every worker assigned to the booking is included in the docket and cannot be removed.

Config: Use individual job dockets

Only yourself is included in the docket, you are unable to add your colleagues.

Config: Flexi job dockets

As a default you are included, and you can optionally include your colleagues by selecting the "excluded" button.

Once a colleague is added they cannot be removed again, start a new docket if necessary.

Use kilometer radius distances in dockets

This configuration provides an extra data field in the docket for workers to toggle on/off whether it's outside the radius. The radius option is set in the "Kilometer radius threshold" config, which currently only has one option, 50km.

  • No (default)

  • Yes

Kilometer radius threshold

If the config "Use kilometer radius distances in dockets" is set as "yes", then this config allows you to decide on the kilometre radius that is available for your workers.

Currently, there is only one option.

Break related configurations for dockets

Break time ask for comment if not default.

This configuration requires your workers to leave a comment when they enter their break time.

This configuration allows you to choose which break time buttons are available inside of the mobile app for your employees to choose from when

Break time default threshold

This configuration allows you to set a threshold of the amount of time someone should work before they have a break.

First Break time

This configuration provides an extra field on the docket for when workers first took a break. This is useful when calculating double time.
