You can set up email notifications for your contacts to receive booking links and job dockets.

To set up client messaging at a client level

  1. Go to client

  2. Open Client Profile

  3. Scroll down to Site Contact Messaging

  4. Toggle on the following options

    1. Send a booking link to the site contacts

    2. Send a job docket to the site contacts.

  2. Go to client contacts

  3. In the client, contacts toggle the following

    1. Send a booking link to the site contacts

    2. Send a job docket to the site contacts.

Sent company-wide rules

You can set up rules to automatically apply booking links to new clients and sit contacts.

You can also set the stage that a booking gets sent out.

Instructions:

  1. Go to Company

  2. Click Branding

  3. Open Branding Profile

  4. Scroll down to site contact messaging

  5. Select when you would like your message to be sent out.
