This configuration will turn off dockets from being submitted by your employees. This configuration should only be turned on if you DON'T want to use the docket functionality.

By default, a docket being submitted will include every employee that worked on that job. This docket is intended to be filled out by the team leader on the job. It also means that's the client and the office is only signing one.
Control whether or not docket entry should be restricted to team leaders
by default, the docket allows any employee to submit a docket. Restricting the docket entry to a team leader will only allow employees that have been designated as a team leader for that job to submit a docket for the team.
