If you have suppliers that resources are linked to, you can manage them together. 

Click Suppliers along the top toolbar

Name and give the Supplier description. This will create Them a profile where you can attach supplied resources.

1. Click into My Company 
2. Click Suppliers along the top toolbar
3. + New
4. Name and give the Supplier description. This will create Them a profile where you can attach supplied resources.
