The works section provides a streamlined experience for creating and maintaining Worksite Traffic Management Plans for bookings.
Within works, organisations are able to build out a worksite traffic management plan before creating and assigning the plan to bookings. Works are able to be created without a works request. Each works will be labelled according to your company or brand abbreviation, works abbreviation, year, plan number and version number.
Bookings made from the works will inherit all the plans and permits attached to the works.
How to Create Works
Navigate to Works on the sidebar
Select the Works tab
Click +New
Select Client, Project and Requester from the dropdown menus
Add Works Tags (optional)
Add the Location
Select Traffic Management Types and Disciplines (optional)
Enter Works Scope
Enter Works Description (optional)
Enter Start Date and End Date
Choose Shift Type from the drop-down
Click Create
Attaching Plans and Permits to Works Traffic Management Plan (WTMP)
Navigate to Works on the sidebar
Select the Works tab
Select the desired WTMP
Select Active Revision
Scroll down to Location
Select Required Plans or Required Permits
Select Type
Click Create
Create a New Revision of Works
Navigate to Works on the sidebar
Select the Works tab
Select the desired WTMP
Click the Revision tab
Click Current Revision
Select New Revision
Make any required changes to the revision
Click Activate
Click Save
