Ongoing bookings are bookings that are repeated over a length of time. The details, location, and required resources are carried throughout. Instead of recreating the booking each time, they are cloned and linked together. This linking allows changes to be applied to all of the bookings in the sequence.

To access the ongoing bookings navigate to the bookings tab in the main menu and then click on Ongoing from the top menu bar.

This section shows a list of your ongoing bookings and provides a summary of each set, including the supplier, project, location, overall date range and description.

To open a set of ongoing bookings, click on the arrow in the first column of the row. This will open the ongoing booking series in a side panel.

This view provides you with a breakdown of each booking which makes up the ongoing series. From here you can also open individual bookings in new panels.
