You can set up a form submission notification to notify certain staff when a specific form answer or form is submitted.

Say an incident report has been submitted to Traffio, you can create a form submission to allow your OHS officer always to know when that form has been submitted. This allows you to always be on top of your form submissions.

Getting Started

Firstly, you need to create a tag in the Traffio system to apply to the people you want to receive the form notification. You can learn how to create a tag here.

Secondly, you need to have created a form. You can find out more about forms here.

Setting a form submission notification

Navigate to the form you wish to set a notification to.

Choose the question you want to apply the tag to.

Click the tag in the notify people tagged with section next to the answer you want to be notified by. a drop-down will appear of the available tags to choose from.

Select the tag you want and click save.
