This articles shows you how to apply your cost centres to a depot

When creating a new depot, it is important to assign an invoice cost centre. This ensures that all invoices and pay runs generated for that depot are correctly linked to the chosen cost centre, facilitating accurate financial tracking and reporting.

  1. Navigate to My Company on the sidebar

  2. Select Depots tab

  3. Select the desired Depot

  4. Under Cost Centres, select the desired Cost Centre from the dropdown

  5. Click Save
