  4. Fill in the permit details.

  5. Set the date range the permit is valid over.

  6. Set the time range the permit is valid over, or enable 'Custom validity times' to specify specific validity periods per day of the week.

  7. Optionally specify a location for the permit.

  8. Create

  9. Once you have created your permit, you can click and drag your permit file into the system.

Permits are Client-specific. Meaning that a permit can only be used on bookings for the client to whom the permit is assigned.

Custom validity times:

By toggling on Custom Validity times you are able to specify custom validity times for permits based on the day of week.

To set validity time per day, toggle on the day and then select the Start and End time.

For example, a permit may be valid all day from Monday to Friday, but only between 12pm and 5pm on Saturdays and 10am and 2pm on Sundays etc.

Up to 2 validity time-frames can be set per day. E.g a permit may be valid on Mondays from start-of-day until 6am and again from 8pm until end-of-day.
