How to Create a Planning Request
Navigate to Planning on the sidebar
Select the Planning Requests tab
Click +New
Select Client, Project and Requester
Enter Location, Scope, Start and End Date
Select Shift Type
Click Create
How to Create Planning from a Planning Request
Once a Planning Request is accepted, you can use the provided details to create Planning.
Navigate to Planning on the sidebar
Select the Planning Requests Tab
Click the desired Planning Request
Scroll down in the overview to the Planning section
Click +New
Click the + button beside the Planning drop-down menu
Click Create (check all details are correct)
Select a Planning Revision
Click Create
The Planning will now be created in an Incomplete status, ready for the addition of the necessary plans and permits.
