Booking templates allow you to group items (resources or item classifications) and tasks (field actions) together, enabling quicker scheduling for bookings. These templates can include only items, only tasks, or a combination of both.
Items can refer to individual resources or groups of resources organized by an item classification (or billing modes). For example, A booking template can include different item classifications, such as lights, clamps, signs, and stock equipment, each with its own billing rule. This allows you to quickly assign all the necessary items for a package.
You can also assign multiple tasks to a booking template. For example, a booking template might include a setup task, a pack down task, and recurring tasks for inspections or audits to ensure site compliance.
