Starting the Integration
Navigate to Integrations on the sidebar
Select the Connections tab
Choose Access Financials from the dropdown list
Enter Connection Name
Click Create
Select Access Financials Options button
Enter Access Token
Click Save
Click Sync
Mapping Clients
Select the Clients Mapping tab
Match the Clients listed on the left-hand side (from the Traffio system) with those on the right-hand side (employees found in your integration)
Click Save
Mapping Accounts
Select the Accounts Mapping tab
Select the Default Access Financials Account from the dropdown list
Match the Accounts listed on the left-hand side (from the Traffio system) with those on the right-hand side (employees found in your integration)
Click Save
Once you’ve completed all the setup steps, you’ll be able to seamlessly push your invoices and credit notes to Access Financials for processing and reconciliation.
