Traffio's integration with MYOB Acumatica allows Traffio pay runs to be output in a format ready for processing by MYOB Acumatica avoiding error prone, manual manipulation of export data.

Before You Begin

The integration does not use any API or behind-the-scenes communication with MYOB Acumatica so some data initial data creation and setup has to occur before the integration can be used.

From MYOB Acumatica, you will need the ability to view details the External ID of your Pay Items and of your employee records.

You will also require the ability to import timesheets into MYOB Acumatica.

How to Configure the Integration

Create a Connection

Navigate to the Integrations > Connections area of Traffio and click the New button.

Select 'Acumatica' from the drop-down menu, enter a name for your connection and click the Create button.

Enter your Pay Items

Once your connection has been saved, you will see additional tabs appear across the top. Select the Pay Items tab.

Click the New button to enter the External ID of each of your MYOB Acumatica Pay Items . You will need to repeat this process for all pay items you expect to use within Traffio.

Map your Earnings Rates to Pay Items

Now that all of your Pay Items have been entered you can navigate to the Earnings Rates tab to map Traffio's payable hours to MYOB Acumatica Pay Items . Different mappings can be entered for every Payroll Category and EBA entered into Traffio.

Enter your Employees

The final data you are required to enter into Traffio are your employee's External ID's from MYOB Acumatica.

Navigate to the People tab and enter the MYOB Acumatica External ID for all employees in the list you expect to appear in a pay run. Do this by clicking on the arrow next to a person's name, entering the corresponding External ID and click Save.

How to Use the Integration

Before proceeding, you should be familiar with Payroll Cost Centres and Pay Runs.

You must set your configured Payroll Cost Centre to use your new Acumatica connection by selecting Acumatica in the Integration drop-down field and your new connection in the Integration connection field of your chosen Payroll Cost Centre detail screen.

For all pay runs generated from this Payroll Cost Centre, an Acumatica Export button will appear in the top-right of the screen. When your pay run is finalised within Traffio, use this button to export the pay run in a Acumatica-compatible format which can be saved to your computer and then imported into MYOB Acumatica using the timesheet import functionality.

If required you can also export this data for just one person in the pay run by clicking on the person's name and selecting the Acumatica Export button from the pop-up menu.
