Traffio calculates your (penalty) rates as part of your pay runs. These rates have to be matched with Xero's equivalents. Sometimes this is referred to as "mapping".
Before syncing your employees, make sure you've set up your first cost centre and synced it with Xero. If you haven't created a cost centre yet, click here to learn more.
You should first make sure you have created your Earnings rates in Xero.
Sync Rates in Traffio
You need to link your Traffio rates with the rates in your accounting package so it can read the timesheets that are pushed to it. This process is similar to linking your employees.
Navigate to Payroll on the sidebar
Select Payroll Cost Centre tab
Choose desired Payroll Cost Centre (will need to be linked to xero)
Select Earning Rates tab
Link the Traffio rates (left) to your accounting package rates (right)
Click Save
Once save, ensure you sync Traffio with your accounting package in the overview page.
