To streamline your booking process, you can resend a job request at any time to an employee who has not yet accepted or declined a shift that was previously sent to them.
Identifying If Someone Has Accepted a Job
Before resending a request, make sure to check if the person has already accepted the job. You can verify this next to the person's name on the booking.
A green tick indicates the shift has been accepted
A question mark means the job request is still pending
Resending a Job Request
Select the desired Booking
Click on the person you want to resend the details to (A sidebar will appear where you can make individual changes)
Click Resend Req
Note: You can follow the history of your job requests and responses at any time in the history tab
