This article shows you how to resend booking details to an employee

If you've made changes to your booking and want to ensure your employee is aware of them, you can quickly resend the booking information directly from the booking board. This option is available only for bookings in the 'Green To Go' status.


How To Resend Booking Information

  1. Navigate to Bookings on the sidebar

  2. Select the desired Booking

  3. Click on the employee's name to who you want to resend the information

  4. Click Resend Info

In the history tab of the booking, you can view the details of when the job detail messages were sent, including the date and time of each message.
