Let's be honest, not everyone at work gets along. The blocklist feature allows you to prevent an employee from being scheduled for a job with a specific client, project, client contact, or other employees.
With a blocklist enabled, the booking board will alert you when a resource is blocked from being assigned to a booking. When an employee on the blocklist is added to a job, the system will automatically prevent the other employee from being scheduled for that same booking.
How To Block Employee From Working With a Client, Project or Client Contact
A blocklist can be used to block a person from working for a particular client, project or client contact.
Navigate to People on the sidebar
Select the Blocklist tab
Click +New
Select desired Blocklist Type (client, project, client contact)
Choose the Person that you are looking to block from a client
Choose the Client/Project/Client Contact you are blocking the person from working with
Fill in the Reason
Click Save
How To Block Employee From Working With Another Employee
A person's blocklist is used to block particular people from working together.
Navigate to People on the sidebar
Select the Blocklist tab
Click +New
Choose Persons Blocklist
Select at least two people not to work together
Fill in the Reason (This reason will be visible to office staff)
Click Create
