Client contacts are the people responsible for representing your client's interests and your business's contacts regarding projects, bookings and billing etc. You're able to have multiple Client contacts for each Client. Within the contact profiles you're able to store their contact information, role, set email notifications, create blocklists and see their history.
How to create Contacts
Select Clients
Click the Contacts tab on the toolbar
Select +New
Fill out the contact details, associate them with a client and choose what type of notifications they'll receive.

Setting Contacts in while creating Bookings
While creating a booking, you're able to create a new or select a contact to use as the site contact on the booking by selecting the Site contact box.

Setting Contacts while creating Projects
If one contact will be the default contact for each booking in a project, you're able to set this up in the project overview rather than adding it for every individual booking. This is done by selecting their name in the drop-down for 'Default contact for new jobs'
