Client contacts are points of communication for your business regarding projects, bookings, billing, and more. You can have multiple client contacts for each client. In their contact profiles, you can store details such as their contact information, role, set email notifications, create blocklists, and view their history.
How To Create Client Contacts
Navigate to Clients on the sidebar
Click the Contacts tab
Select +New
Fill out the contact details, associate them with a client and choose what type of notifications they'll receive
Click Create
Setting Contacts in Bookings
When creating a booking, you can either create a new contact or select an existing one to serve as the site contact by checking the site contact box.

It is beneficial to toggle on 'Always send copy of invoice' for accounts employees as this will allow them to be selected to receive the invoice when it is generated.
Setting Contacts in Projects
If one contact will serve as the default for each booking within a project, you can set this up in the project overview instead of adding it to each individual booking. Simply select their name from the "Default contact for new jobs" drop-down menu.
