All actions taken on a booking are recorded in the booking history. You can view what actions were performed, who performed them, and when they occurred. This feature allows you to review your booking process and track when booking confirmations are received.
How To Find Booking History
Navigate to Booking on the sidebar
Find the desired Booking
Click Details
Select the History tab in popup
System Messages
System messages keeps a record of all actions performed within the Traffio Web Portal. The information provided in these messages gives a detailed view of what actions admin staff have taken on a booking. This includes creating the booking, adding or removing resources, updating the booking status, and confirming employees through the web portal.
Resource Messages
Resource messages track the history of interactions between the system and the resource. This provides insight into when resources receive communication and when they respond, allowing you to monitor the status of these interactions.
