Once bookings have been created and supplier set, you're able to bulk send the booking to your suppliers to be fulfilled. These bookings when sent will come in as a request that your Supplier will be able to accept or reject the booking. If rejected, you're able to set a new supplier for the booking and then send it out to them.
How to send bookings to suppliers
Navigate to the Bookings section
Click on the Bookings Board or Supplier Bookings tab
Select the Send button on the top right-hand corner
Select the bookings that you want to send (only bookings with suppliers linked to them will be visible here)
Click Send Selected
Green boxes will appear on the bottom left-hand side to notify you that the booking has been set successfully.
You can see the statuses of these bookings, whether they've been sent, accepted, or rejected, within the Supplier bookings tab in the bookings area.
Sending Bookings to Non-Traffio Suppliers
Traffio allows non-Traffio suppliers to receive bookings and allocate resources with limited web functionality.
These suppliers will receive an email with a link to a webpage that requires no login.
Once they've reviewed and accepted the booking they can provide information about the allocated resources.
Resources allocated in this way by non-Traffio suppliers will appear on the booking board with a label:
