Define the leave types in your system

Employees within your business can take leave from work for many reasons, the leave section allows you to set up the leave types that are applicable to your business. When creating these leave types, you're able to select if they are viewable to your employees or just your office staff. If viewable to your employees, employees are able to select that leave type while submitting leave requests via the app if this feature is enabled.

Before getting started

Leave types are only able to be entered into the system by people who have an Administrator or Manager access level in the portal.

How to set up leave types.

  1. Navigate to Admin

  2. Select Leave Types

  3. Select +New

  4. Filling in the leave type name and description

  5. Toggle on if its viewable to field workers

  6. Create
