How to approve or reject leave requests

When requests do come in, and you have the Leave approval access permission on your account, you get a notification badge on the People menu item in the web app. Hovering on that badge reveals a "Pending leave requests" link.

  1. Hover over the People tab

  2. Select the Pending leave requests notification

  3. Clicking this opens the Leave tab with the Status: Awaiting approval filter pre-selected.

  4. Open the leave request

  5. Approve or Reject the request. You're able to provide a reason for your decision here. The field worker will be able to see this reason from their app.
