Verizon Connect: View Vehicles Used Outside of Bookings

View, report and investigate vehicles which were used outside of allocated booking timeframes

  1. Navigate to Reports on the sidebar

  2. Select the Vehicles Used Outside of Bookings (Verizon) report

  3. In the filter bar, select the Date Range and any other attributes (such as specific drivers or vehicles)

  4. Click Filter

The list populated will be any vehicle GPS history segments that fall outside the booking timeframes during which the vehicle was allocated.

Segments are considered outside of an allocated booking if they occurred more than 90 minutes before the booking start time or more than 90 minutes after the finish time.


Understanding Segment Statuses

By default, segments will be marked with the status "open." Segment statuses help you track your investigation into vehicle movements outside of booking times.

To change a segment's status, click on the segment in the list, select a new status from the drop-down menu, and click update.
