View, report and investigate vehicles which were used outside of allocated booking timeframes

Click on Reports from the left panel menu and select the Vehicles Used Outside of Bookings (Verizon) report.

In the filter bar, select which date range you would like to search over as well as any other attributes, such as specific drivers or vehicles. Then click filter.

This list below will then be populated with any vehicle GPS history segments which fall outside of booking timeframes for which the vehicle was allocated.

Segments are deemed to be outside of an allocated booking if they took place over 90 minutes before the booking start time, or over 90 minutes after the finish time.

Understanding Segment Statuses

By default, segments will be marked with the status "open". Segment statuses allow you to keep track of your investigation into out-of-booking vehicle movements.

To change a segment's status, click on the segment in the list, and from the drop-down list choose a new status and click update.

Export the report

To export the generated report, click the export button in the top right corner.
