How to add WageEasy payroll codes

Adding a Base Rate

Steps:

  1. Click on “Payroll” in the left sidebar.

  2. Click on the “Payroll Cost Centres” tab adjacent to the company logo.

  3. Select the correct cost centre.

  4. Click on the “Payroll Category” tab.

  5. Paste the base pay rate code from WageEasy here.

Adding a Department Code

Steps:

  1. Click on “Payroll” in the left sidebar.

  2. Click on the “Payroll Cost Centres” tab adjacent to the company logo.

  3. Select the correct cost centre.

  4. Add a new “Wage Easy Instance” or click on the pencil to edit an existing one.

  5. Paste the department code from WageEasy here.

Adding an Employee code

Steps:

  1. Click on “Payroll” in the left sidebar.

  2. Click on the “Payroll Cost Centres” tab adjacent to the company logo.

  3. Select the correct cost centre.

  4. Click on the “Wage Easy Employees” tab.

  5. Select the correct employee.

  6. Paste the employee’s Time Card No from WageEasy here.

Adding a Job code

Steps:

  1. Click on “Payroll” in the left sidebar.

  2. Click on the “Payroll Cost Centres” tab adjacent to the company logo.

  3. Select the correct cost centre.

  4. Click on the “Payroll Category” tab.

  5. Paste the Job code from WageEasy here.
