Details about Traffio's access to your Xero account

Traffio requires the following access to your Xero account:

View and manage:

  • Employees - to pull in your employees' basic information for timesheets.

  • Timesheets - to pull in and push up timesheets for payroll.

  • Organisation settings - to get access to your organisation's name, to display in our cost centres.

  • Attachments - This allows us to attach documents to pushed up invoices.

  • Business Transactions - this gives Traffio permission to push up invoices.

  • Payroll settings - necessary to access and verify pay rates and payroll calendars for the payroll integration.

Note that we do not actually make any changes to your Xero settings. Xero simply does not have read-only access for the items listed above.

View:

  • Contacts - when invoices are pushed up, they are pushed up against a contact. This is equivalent to a client in Traffio.
