Details about Traffio's access to your Xero account

Traffio requires the following access to your Xero account:

View and Manage:

  • Employees: To import your employees' basic information for timesheets

  • Timesheets: To import and export timesheets for payroll

  • Organisation settings: To access your organisation's name for display in our cost centres

  • Attachments: To attach documents to invoices when pushed up

  • Business Transactions: To allow Traffio to push invoices

  • Payroll settings: Required to access and verify pay rates and payroll calendars for the payroll integration

Please note that we do not make any changes to your Xero settings. Xero simply does not provide read-only access for the items listed above.

View:

  • Contacts: When invoices are pushed up, they are linked to a contact, which corresponds to a client in Traffio
