Form Submission Notifications
These notifications can be configured either while creating new forms or by editing existing ones. This flexibility allows you to set up notifications at any stage, ensuring that internal staff are alerted based on specific form responses or submissions.
When Creating New Form
Select Forms on the sidebar
Click +New
Select the Person Notifications drop down menu
Select desired Person
Click Save
When Editing Existing Form
Navigate to Forms on the sidebar
Select the desired Form
Select the Person Notifications drop down menu
Select desired Person
Click Save
Form Submissions Answers
You can set up these notifications during the creation of a form or by revising an existing form, specifically in the multiple-choice questions section. This allows you to tailor notifications based on the selected answers.
Navigate to Forms on the sidebar
Select desired Form
Click the Revisions tab
Select the Latest Revision to Edit
Create a New Revision of the Form
Add tags to 'Notify People Tagged With'
Click Save
