Once the booking is marked as Completed, Finalised, or Late Cancellation, it will be moved to Traffio's billable bookings section. From there, you can use the booking data to generate an invoice for your clients.
How To Create An Invoice
Navigate to Billing on the sidebar
Select the Billable Bookings tab (by default, bookings with the statuses Completed, Finalised or Late Cancelled will be listed here for invoicing)
Click +New Invoice on the desired booking
A breakdown of the booking's resources and invoice items will be created. You can see the rate schedule being used and how it's applied. You can also edit, rearrange, delete, or add line items.
Click Create
Edit invoice as desired (can only be edited until it's put into finalised)
Click Needs Approval
Click Finalised (once happy invoice is done)
Push invoice it into your accounting system or email it to your client from Traffio
Once an invoice has been created, they can be found within the Invoices tab.
Quick Set Feature
The Quick Set feature allows you to quickly assign many bookings to an invoice β very convenient if you want to generate a weekly or monthly invoice for a client.
How To Use Quick Set Feature:
Navigate to Billing on the sidebar
Select the Billable Bookings tab (by default, bookings with the statuses Completed, Finalised or Late Cancelled will be listed here for invoicing)
Click +New Invoice on the desired booking
Click 'Quick Set'
Select the Date Range for desired bookings & tasks
Select if you only want to use bookings from the same project
Select if you want to include regular bookings and/or hire bookings
Click Apply
Click Create
Finish creating invoice as per previous steps
