Once the booking moves into a Completed, Finalised or Late cancelation status it moves to Traffio's billable bookings section. From here, you can use the data from the booking to create an invoice to send to your Clients.
How to create an invoice
Select the Billing tab on the side panel. This will open up your Billable Bookings page. By default, bookings with the statuses Completed, Finalised or Late Cancelled will be listed here for invoicing.
Click + Invoice on the billable booking.
A breakdown of the bookings resources and invoice line items will be generated. Here, you can identify what rate schedule is being used and how those rules are being interpreted. You're able to edit, rearrange or delete and add line items.
Click Create
In this draft stage, you're still able to edit this invoice. Only until it's put into finalised will it be completed.
When Finalised, you can push it into your accounting system or email it to your client from Traffio.
Once an invoice has been created, they can be found within the Invoices tab.
