Mobile works refer to bookings that do not have a fixed location and are continuously changing sites. This feature enables you to track the movement of these works across various locations during the booking period. To allow field workers to enter mobile work sites through the app, the "This booking has mobile works" toggle must be enabled.

Clients or Projects Always Have Mobile Worksites
A "New booking has mobile works" configuration has been added at both the Client and Project levels. When this toggle is enabled, the "Sites" tab will automatically appear within a booking on the mobile app whenever bookings are created for these Clients and Projects.
Invoicing Mobile Worksites
Invoice line items for these bookings are structured differently. A heading is generated for each site entered, including the start time, location name, and PO number, with the corresponding work hours listed underneath each heading. All items are arranged in chronological order.
Site start times entered through the mobile app are rounded to the nearest 15 minutes to keep invoice line items sensible.
