The system can filter resources and display the distance between a person’s residence and the booking site. This feature is especially helpful for scheduling, as it allows you to efficiently assign individuals who are closest to the site, particularly when they are required to go straight to site.
Setting Up in Person Profile
Navigate to People on the sidebar
Select the desired Person
Scroll to Address Details
Enter their Address
Toggle on Marker is Accurate
Click Save
To Ensure The Filter Works:
It’s important to ensure that the address in both the person’s profile and the booking is recognised by Google Maps.
The simplest way to verify this is by selecting the address when it pre-populates or by clicking "Find on Map" to confirm the location.
It’s also helpful to toggle on "Marker is Accurate" to confirm that the location on the map is correct.
