Getting Started

Each business using Traffio is unique, which is why Traffio allows each company to set and manage its configurations to best suit its operations. These configurations can only be viewed and modified by users with Administrator or Manager level access.

The configurations are organised by the areas they apply to and include a description of their function.

These categories include:

  • Bookings

  • Booking Messaging

  • Booking Board

  • Client Portal

  • Clone Bookings

  • Dashboard

  • Dockets

  • HR

  • Integrations

  • Invoicing


How to Change a Traffio Configuration

  1. Navigate to Admin on the sidebar

  2. Select the Traffio Config tab

  3. Select the config you'd like to change

  4. Choose from the config options dropdown

  5. Click Save
