When creating a user profile, a set of permissions can be assigned. This is done when assigning a role to the employee. Permissions can only be granted to users with the roles of Administrator, Manager, or Office Staff.
This article will explain how to set up a user in Traffio with restricted access, preventing them from editing, creating, or deleting records.
Only users with a Manager or Administrator role have the ability to change an employee's access level and permissions. If you do not have this access, please contact your manager or administrator to request the necessary permissions.
Setting Employee To Read-Only Mode
Navigate to Admin on the sidebar
Select the Access Levels tab
Select the desired Employee
Under the General Permissions section, toggle on Read Only
Click Update
