This article will explain how to send completed forms with an invoice to Xero

Forms can be sent with Invoices to Xero. In order for this to happen there are two steps needed to be completed first:

  1. Setting up a Form(s) so they are Visible to Clients

  2. Setting up Form Submissions to Attach to Invoices


Setting up a Form to be Visible to Clients

  1. Navigate to Forms

  2. Create a New form or open a form already created

  3. An Overview window will appear

  4. Scroll down to Visibility field

  5. Turn on Is visible by client toggle to green

  6. Click Save


Setting up Form Submissions to Attach to Invoices

Your Invoice Cost Centre Accounting package must be set to Xero.

  1. Navigate to Billing

  2. On the top toolbar click Invoice Cost Centres

  3. Create a New Invoice Cost Centre or select the Invoice Cost Centre you want to form submissions to be attached to invoices

  4. An Overview window will appear of the Cost Centre Details

  5. Scroll down to Xero Specific Settings

  6. Click Generate PDFs of form submissions and attach to invoices toggle on to green

  7. Click Save
