How to generate an invoice for a plan

Similar to bookings, after a plan has been created within the system, it will populate within the billable plans tab to be invoiced. Learn how to create plans here.

  1. Navigate to Billing

  2. Select the Billable Plans tab

  3. Scroll and find the plan you want to invoice

  4. Click Invoice button

  5. This will open up a pop-out breaking down of the chargers as well as the Basic details including the Client, Project and Plan followed by the Rate schedule and cost centre used to generate the cost

  6. Press Create
