Overview

Organisations are able to build out a Worksite Traffic Management Plan and attach them to bookings before those bookings are sent out to their supplier to be fulfilled. WTMPs are created using the accepted Traffic Management Request created by Delivery Engineers. Each WTMP will be labelled according to your company or brand abbreviation, works abbreviation, year, plan number and version number. Bookings made from the works will inherit all the plans and permits attached to the works.

How to Create a WTMP

  1. Navigate to Traffic Management on the side tab bar

  2. Select Traffic Management Requests on the top tab bar

  3. Select the Accepted Request

  4. Scroll down to the Works section of the request

  5. Click +New

  6. Select the + button next to the works drop-down

  7. Check and add any further details such as start, end time and description

  8. Select the draft WTMP you've created in the drop-down

  9. Press Create

Once a WTMP is created, you're then able to start attaching the required plans and permit as well as create new revisions of the WTMP if the scope changes. Bookings with a WTMP will inherit the active revision and relevant Plans and Permits attached to that Revsion.
