Details of a Booking
Client Portal Bookings Board
The bookings board gives you a snapshot of the bookings scheduled for the day. Each booking tile represents a specific booking made by your suppliers. The tile provides an overview of key details, such as the booking status, supplier company, address, timeframe, and the assigned staff, vehicles, equipment, permits, and more.
The filter bar above the bookings board lets you filter bookings by date, supplier, project, or status. By default, the filter is set to hide deleted bookings.
Client Portal Booking Calendar
The booking calendar provides a timeline view of your current and upcoming bookings. You can adjust the view to display by day, week, or month by clicking the corresponding buttons in the top right corner.
Booking entries are colour-coded by their current status:
Purple: Unconfirmed
Yellow: Confirmed
Light Blue: Locked (Awaiting responses from workers)
Red: Conflict (Worker unavailable)
Light Green: Green To Go (GTG)
Grey: Cancelled
Dark Blue: Completed
Dark Green: Finalised
Dark Orange: Late cancellation
You can also toggle between the previous and next set of bookings by clicking the arrows in the top left corner.
Client Portal Ongoing Bookings
Ongoing bookings are recurring bookings that span a period of time. The details, location, and required resources are carried over for each booking. Instead of creating a new booking each time, they are cloned and linked together. This linkage enables any changes to be applied across all bookings in the series.
This section displays a list of your ongoing bookings, along with a summary of each set, including the supplier, project, location, overall date range, and description.
To view a set of ongoing bookings, click the arrow in the first column of the row. This will expand the ongoing booking series in a side panel.
In this view, you’ll see a breakdown of each booking within the ongoing series. You can also open individual bookings in separate panels for more details.
Client Portal Booking Archive
The booking archive section displays a list of all your past, current, and upcoming bookings.
By default, the list shows bookings from today onward. However, you can filter the list by any date range by adjusting the 'Date From' and 'Date To' filters in the menu bar above the list.
