A booking can have up to 9 different statuses, each representing a specific stage in the booking's progress. For Procurement bookings, the Client and Supplier each have control over certain statuses.
Client Controlled Statuses
Unconfirmed
The "Unconfirmed" stage is the draft version of a booking, where you can make changes without notifying anyone. It allows for planning before the booking is confirmed for suppliers. Clients can send bookings in this status and are the only ones who can move a booking to "Confirmed."
Confirmed
The "Confirmed" status means the booking is finalised and ready to be sent or resourced by suppliers. Changes can still be made, but if the booking has been sent to the supplier, any changes will need their approval. Only suppliers can move the booking to "Locked."
Supplier Controlled Statuses
Locked
Once the booking reaches the "Locked" status, the resources allocated to it are confirmed, and notifications are sent to individuals to accept or decline job requests. The booking is considered live at this stage, and any changes are communicated to app users.
Conflict
If an employee declines a job request, the supplier will need to remove that employee and assign a different resource to the booking. A new request will be sent to the updated resource, and the new employee will be added to the booking accordingly.
Green To Go
All people and resources have been confirmed through the job request, and the job is ready to proceed.
Completed
The booking has passed the approximate end time specified in the booking details. At this point, job dockets may have been submitted by field workers, but they have not yet been signed off by the office.
Finalised
The booking has been completed, and the dockets submitted by field workers have been signed off by office staff. The booking is now ready to be invoiced.
Cancelled
A cancelled booking is one that has been cancelled outside of the late cancellation window. No charges will be incurred. Both Procurement customers and Suppliers are able to cancel a booking.
Late Cancellation
A late cancellation booking is one that has been cancelled within the agreed cancellation window. This type of cancellation may result in a cost from the supplier due to the short notice and the expenses incurred in mobilising crews to complete the booking, only to cancel them afterward.
