Bookings sent from clients will trigger notifications within the suppliers' portal. These notifications are displayed on the side tab bar next to bookings and in the bookings section next to the Client Booking tab. Suppliers can see the booking request within this tab and either accept or decline the booking.
Accepting a Client Booking
Navigate to Bookings
Select the Client Bookings on the top tab bar
Click on the Pending Booking request
Map the Client to their corresponding Client Profile in drop-down
Map Project from drop-down
Map Client Item Classification to your portals Item Classification (once mapped once, this will be prefilled for next booking request)
Click Create
When created, the status will be changed to Accepted, and a booking will be created in your portal. Clients will be able to view that this booking has been accepted and see in realtime when resources are added to fulfil booking.
Rejecting a Client Booking
Navigate to the bookings tab on the side tab bar
Select Client Bookings
Click on the booking request
Map Client and Project from the drop-down menu
Click Reject
Booking requests are unable to be accepted after you have previously rejected them.
