Client Booking Changes

This article goes over Clients requesting changes to an accepted booking.

After suppliers have accepted bookings, Clients can request changes to them. These changes are made within their portal and sent to the supplier to accept before the booking is updated with the changes.

Updating bookings with Client Changes

  1. Navigate to Bookings

  2. Select Client Bookings

  3. Click on booking with the requested changes. These bookings are highlighted with a notification circle.

  4. Select Client Changes

  5. Potentially map new Item Classifications

  6. Click Accept
