What is the Document Library?

The Document Library is Traffio's solution to general cloud storage. This means that users of the Traffio web app can create and organise folders, and upload files to those folders.

E.g. Places to upload documents not directly linked to Bookings. Similar to Anytime Forms

These folders and files will then be available for viewing/download by field-workers in the Traffio mobile app.

The Document Library is one-way (web app to mobile app), meaning that mobile users can only view and download files, not upload or delete them.

The User Interface (Web App)

You can access this feature by navigating to My Company > Document Library in the menu.

The left panel on the screen is known as the Folder Panel. This is where all of your created folders are displayed. You can select a folder by simply clicking on it. To keep things organised, you can rearrange folders by dragging and dropping them into your preferred order. If you’d like to create a new folder, just click the +New button.

The right panel is the Folder and File List Panel. When you select a folder from the Folder Panel, its contents such as documents and subfolders will appear here in a list view for easy access.

The User Interface (Mobile App)

The document library can be accessed by swiping right from the left edge of the screen.

It displays your folders and files in a clear list view, making it easy to browse and view available documents.
