A guide to using the Traffio app for accepting work jobs, completing forms and filling out dockets

Log in to Traffio using your username and password. Your login details are sent to your mobile number when your account is created. Only your Traffio administrator can create an account for you.


Accepting Upcoming Jobs

Upcoming jobs and job requests appear on the Jobs page

  1. Select the Job

  2. Scroll through the Job Details

  3. Click on it to Accept or Decline

Once you tap to accept the job will say "Green To Go".

If you "Decline" a shift, it will notify the office that you have declined your shift and block you from being allocated jobs for the next 8 hours.

Once your shift is accepted the details page will show your shift information.

Viewing & Adding Job Documents

You can add documents to your job and view existing documents on the "Documents page".

  1. Select the Job

  2. Press the Docs tab

  3. Click to view existing documents or press + Add Documents

  4. Fill in the description and Add Files

Filling Out & Submitting Forms

You can find forms and job dockets under the "Forms" tab of a Job. If a form is marked as "Required" the form must be completed as part of the job.

Alternatively you can always access 'Anytime' forms via the 'Forms' page from the main menu on the bottom of the screen.

How to Fill Out and Submit a Form

  1. Select the Job

  2. Click on Forms tab

  3. Select +New next to the form you want to fill out

  4. Fill in the Form Details (all the mandatory questions must have something entered/selected)

  5. Click Submit to Office

Creating a Job Docket

Job dockets can be created on the field from the Traffio App. These job dockets allow the app users to fill in their hours, breaks and any job notes.

How to Create a Job Docket

  1. Select the Job

  2. Go into Forms

  3. Select + New Docket

  4. Enter job start, end time and break time

  5. Press Next Step

  6. If required, you can make changes to people that are added to the docket and adjust their hours

  7. Press Next Step

  8. Fill any additional job details to the docket

  9. Press Next Step

  10. Enter your Signature

  11. Enter Client Signature (if there was no client on-site, toggle on "no client signature" and give a reason why they were unable to get it)

  12. Click Submit to the Office
