Getting Started
Log in to Traffio with your username and password. Login details are sent to your mobile number when an account is created for you. An account can only be created by your Traffio administrator.
Accepting upcoming jobs
Upcoming jobs and job requests appear on the Jobs page.
Select the job allocated to you
Once you tap into the job, scroll through the job details
Click on it to Accept or Decline.
Once you tap to accept the job will say "Green To Go"
If you "Decline" a shift, it will notify the office that you have declined your shift and block you from being allocated jobs for the next 8 hours.
Once your shift is accepted the details page will show your shift information.
Viewing & Adding Job Documents
You can add documents to your job and view existing documents on the "Documents page".
Select the job
Press the Docs tab
Click to view existing documents or pre + Add Documents
Fill in the description and Add files
Filling out forms
You can find forms and job dockets under the "Forms" tab. All jobs require a job docket to be completed. If a form is marked as "Required" the form must be completed as part of the job.

Click on Forms tab
Select the form you want to fill out
Answer all mandatory questions
Submit to Office
Creating a Job Docket
Job dockets can be created on the field from the Traffio App. These job dockets allow the app users to fill in their hours, breaks and any job notes.
How to create job docket
Select job
Go into Forms
Select + New docket
Enter job start, end time and break time
Press Next Step
if required, you can make changes to people that are added to the docket and adjust their hours
Press Next step
Fill any additional job detials to the docket
Next step
Scroll through job summary docket sign off. This will need to be signed off by thr employee and client.
If the client does not sign the docket tap "No signature provided"
and state the reason.
Click Submit to the Office
