This article outlines all the icons in Traffio and explains their meanings, helping you understand the symbols you’ll see throughout the system.
Bookings Icons
The steering wheel icon indicates who is assigned as the driver of the vehicle for that booking.
The bullhorn icon indicates the team leader assigned to the booking.
The medkit icon shows who is assigned as the first aider on the booking.
The map marker icon shows which field workers are set as "straight-to-site" for the booking.
Money crossed out - This icon indicates when a resource is set as non-billable on a booking.
The car icon on the bookings board indicates that the field worker is eligible for a travel allowance.
The crossed-out car icon on the bookings board indicates that the field worker is not eligible for a travel allowance.
The truck icon indicates if this field worker has their own set vehicle.
This icon indicates that the booking is scheduled as a day shift.
This icon indicates that the booking is scheduled as a night shift.
Payroll Icons
The red pencil icon indicates that a docket has been submitted but not yet signed off.
The red clock icon indicates that no dockets have been submitted for the job.
The green tick indicates that the docket for the job has been signed off.
Billing Icons
The purple question mark icon indicates that the booking is currently in an unconfirmed status.
The yellow unlock icon indicates that the booking is in a confirmed status.
The light blue locked icon indicates that the booking is in a locked-awaiting response status.
The red exclamation triangle icon indicates that the booking is in a conflict status.
The light green tick icon indicates that the booking is in a green to go (GTG) status.
The grey ban icon indicates that the booking is in a cancelled status.
The dark blue trophy icon indicates that the booking is in a completed status, meaning the job is finished but the docket has not been signed off.
The pink question mark icon indicates that the booking is a client booking. This relates to our Traffio Direct feature.
The dark green checked flag icon indicates that the booking is in a finalised status, meaning the job is finished and the docket has been signed off.
The orange calendar cross indicates that this booking is in a late cancellation status.
The pink half shaded circle indicates that this booking is in a partial invoiced status.
The navy money icon indicates that this booking is in an invoiced status.
Plans & Permits Icons
The purple checklist icon indicates a plan or permit that is in a draft status.
The yellow tick icon indicates a plan or permit that is in a submitted status.
The green lock icon indicates a plan or permit that is in an approved status.
The dark blue icon indicates a plan or permit that is in a finalised status.
The red ban icon indicates a plan or permit that is in an obsolete status.
Company Document Icons
The red cross icon indicates that the document is mandatory and will automatically be attached to all bookings.
The green tick icon indicates that the document is optional and will be available to add to individual specific bookings.
Admin Icons
The green eye icon indicates that the document is visible to workers or clients (depending on the column it is assigned to).
The red eye slash icon indicates that the document is not visible to workers or clients (depending on the column it is assigned to).
