Traffio allows forms to be made mandatory before work dockets are sent back to the office. There are two levels of mandatory requirements:
- If a form is not submitted, the worker must provide an explanation or reason for the missing form.
- The second level is a setting within the portal that removes the option to provide a reason, requiring all forms to be submitted before a docket can be submitted.
When a form is marked mandatory, the mobile app will display red "Required" placeholder forms in the booking, which workers can tap to start filling out.
