Syncing your clients with Xero

This article goes over have to sync your Clients to your contacts within your account software for invoicing.

You need to link your Traffio clients up with your contacts within Xero so that your

invoices can be linked to the correct contact.

Getting started

Before you get started on syncing your invoicing accounts, make sure you have set up your first invoice cost centre and synced to Xero. If you have not created an invoice cost centre you can follow the instructions to.

Syncing your Clients

  1. Click on Billing in the sidebar

  2. Select Invoice Cost Centre in the top toolbar.

  3. Select the Cost Centre you want to link contacts to

  4. Sync to your Xero. This will pull your most current Xero contact data

  5. Click on Contacts on the top tab bar. A list of contacts will appear.

  6. Match the left-hand side Traffio in clients to the right-hand side that shows a drop down menu of the contacts in your Xero.

  7. Save
