Learn how to clone bookings and create ongoing bookings

Sometimes a client might ask you to do the same job with the same requirements on a different day or multiple days. Instead of going through the process of recreating the booking each time, you can clone a job to speed up the process.

Getting Started

Before you clone bookings, make sure you're able to Create new bookings

Cloning a booking.

  1. Select the booking

  2. Click Details

  3. Click the Clone button in the right-hand corner.

From here, you can begin cloning a job. There are two ways to clone; singular and ongoing bookings.

Cloning Singular Job Bookings

  1. Choose the booking schedule start and end times

  2. Toggle on or off the booking details that you'd like to clone across

  3. Click Create

Cloning Ongoing Bookings

  1. Click Change to ongoing on the top left of the cloning pop up

  2. Choose if you want to include the original booking as part of the ongoing series.

  3. Select From Date and To Date that you want your booking to be ongoing.

  4. Select a method for repeating the booking. Either using a weekly template or Repeat after x weeks

  5. For a weekly template, you can click and untick the days you would like to include

4. Change any start or finish times

5. Choose the different booking you want to clone across. click the green toggles to remove details you don't want.

6. Click Create
