Employees in your business can take leave for various reasons, and the leave section lets you set up the leave types relevant to your organization. When creating these leave types, you can specify whether they are visible to employees or restricted to office staff. If visible to employees, they will be able to select the leave type when submitting leave requests through the app, provided this feature is enabled.
Leave types are only able to be entered into the system by people who have an administrator, manager an office staff access level in the portal. To learn more about access levels, click here.
How To Set Up Leave Types
Navigate to Admin on the sidebar
Select the Leave Types tab
Select +New
Enter Leave Type Name and Description
Toggle on if leave type is Viewable to Field Workers (optional)
Click Create
