Client Facing Docket Configurations
Display travel time column on dockets
When enabled, a separate travel time column will be shown on docket views and printed dockets where applicable.
Note: This setting may affect or overlap with the following configurations:

Controls whether the value in the Break column will be subtracted or added to the total hours shown on the works docket.
This does not affect billing or payroll

Controls whether the value in the Travel column will be subtracted or added to the total hours shown on the works docket.
Docket print - show "Break" column
When enabled, the Break column will be shown in docket print views and PDF exports, allowing break durations to be displayed alongside worked hours.
Show Accommodation on dockets
When enabled, an accommodation column will be shown on the docket.
Show Breakfast on dockets
When enabled, a breakfast column will be shown on the docket.
Show departed home time on dockets
When enabled, a departed home column will be shown on the docket.
Show Dinner on dockets
When enabled, a dinner column will be shown on the docket.
Show Lunch on dockets
When enabled, a lunch column will be shown on the docket.
Show LAFHA on dockets
When enabled, a LAFHA (Living Away From Home Allowance) column will be shown on the docket.
Show physical docket numbers
When enabled, physical docket numbers will be displayed on PDF in place of Traffio-generated docket numbers wherever possible. If a physical docket number is not available, the Traffio docket number will be used instead.
Show rain allowance on dockets
When enabled, a rain column will be shown on the docket.
Use break first taken
When enabled, workers can enter the time they first took a break on the job docket.
Show second break on dockets
When enabled, a second break column will be shown on the docket.
Use arrive at depot
When enabled, workers can enter the time they first arrived at the depot on the docket.
Use leave depot
When enabled, workers can enter the time they left the depot on the docket.
Use return to depot
When enabled, workers can enter the time they returned to the depot on the docket.
Show general 'Allowance' on dockets
When enabled, a general Allowance checkbox will be shown on docket views. Selecting this option links to the General Allowance item used in payroll and billing calculations. You can rename this allowance within the "Change the name of general 'Allowance' on dockets" config.
Change the name of general 'Allowance' on dockets
Use this setting to replace the default Allowance label with a custom name on docket views. To display the custom label, the Show Allowances setting must also be enabled.
Example: Config is set to 'My Custom Allowance'
Show 'Allowances Only' on dockets
When enabled, an Allowances Only checkbox will be available on docket views. If a Billing Allowance is configured with the allocation function Marked Allowances Only, selecting this checkbox will exclude all work hours from the invoice and include only allowance items when the docket is invoiced.
Docket Visibility Configurations
Allow docket submission from the app
When enabled, users will be able to create and submit dockets directly through the app. When disabled, docket submission from the app is not permitted.
Docket total time ends when the worker
Sets the point at which total time calculations end. Choose whether total time is calculated up to when the worker finishes on site or when they return to the depot. This setting determines how total hours are calculated and displayed on dockets.
Docket total time starts when the worker
Sets the point at which total time calculations begin. Choose whether total time is calculated from when the worker first arrives at the depot, leaves the depot, or starts work on site. This setting determines how total hours are calculated and displayed on dockets.
Enforce mandatory forms
When enabled, workers cannot provide a reason for skipping required forms. Instead, all mandatory forms must be completed before the docket can be submitted.
Note: Ensure your forms are configured correctly, as incomplete required forms will prevent docket submission.
Distance radius threshold
This value determines the maximum distance used when evaluating radius-based calculations. The unit of measurement will be either kilometres or miles, depending on your organisation's configured distance settings.
Only team leaders can submit dockets
When enabled, only users designated as Team Leaders can create and submit dockets. When disabled, all eligible workers can enter docket information.
Round times entered on dockets through the mobile app
When enabled, times entered on dockets will be automatically rounded to the nearest 15-minute interval before being saved and processed.
Store addresses entered on works dockets
When enabled, addresses entered on dockets through the mobile app will be saved and displayed on invoices. When disabled, the address from the associated booking will be used instead.
Use bill from date
When enabled, users will be able to view and enter a Bill From Date when completing dockets in the mobile app.
Use individual job dockets by default
Choose whether a new job docket defaults to all team members assigned to the job or only the current user when the docket is created.
Use distance radius in dockets
When enabled, works dockets will include a field for recording distance travelled (miles or kilometres, depending on your organisation's configured distance units).
Docket accessible by
Determines who can open and view a docket submission in the mobile app. Default is 'Docket accessible by the entire crew'.
Break Related Configurations
Break time ask for comment if not default
When enabled, users will be prompted to provide a comment whenever the recorded break duration differs from the configured default break length. This applies only when a default break has been set.
Break time default
The configured break time will be automatically applied when applicable. This can be based on a minimum shift length threshold configured in the "Break Time Default Threshold" config.
Break time default threshold
If a default break duration has been configured, employees must work at least this amount of time before the default break is automatically assigned. This setting is ignored if the default break is set to None.
Break time options
A comma-separated list of break durations, in hours, to determine which break time buttons users can select when recording breaks in the mobile app.
