In Traffio, click My Company from the left-hand menu and then click the Depots tab from the top menu bar. Then, from the list click on to open the depot which is linked to your Flare HR account.

In the Flare HR block, under Flare Centre click on the pencil icon beside the dropdown list to open the Flare Centre currently linked to this depot.

In the Skills Form block, under Skills click Select one or more skills to open the dropdown list of skills in Traffio. Select which skills you would like employees to complete during onboarding. Click save, and then click Generate Skills Form.

If you require employees to provide a drivers licence during onboarding, generate the Drivers Licence form by clicking the Generate Drivers Licence Form button.

Each form will open separately in a new browser tab, then download the files to your computer.
