Flare HR: View onboarded employee's information & make them Active

This guide explains how to view the information captured by Flare HR after an employee has completed the onboarding process

Note:

  • After the new employee has completed the onboarding process with Flare HR, the information captured will automatically be imported into Traffio when it is available.

  • The person's Employment Status in Traffio may also be automatically updated to reflect changes made from Flare HR during onboarding.

In Traffio, click People from the left-hand menu. Then, from the list, click on the employee who was onboarded via Flare HR.

Confirm onboarding is complete

Click on the History tab from the top menu bar.
If the employee has completed the onboarding process in Flare HR you will see the following record: "The person has completed the onboarding process in Flare HR".

Mark employee as Active

When the employee has finished onboarding and they are deemed ready to work, click Active from the top status bar. They will then become available to assign to jobs in Traffio.

View drivers licence details

If the employee was required to complete the Drivers Licence form during the onboarding process, this data will have been saved under the Driver Licence section in the Overview tab.

View emergency contact details

If the employee provided an emergency contact during the onboarding process, this data will have been saved under the Emergency Contact section in the Overview tab.

View imported skills

To view the skills created from the information provided by the employee in the Required Skills form, click on the Skills tab from the top menu bar.

There will also be records in the History tab to show which skills were imported from Flare HR.

View imported documents/files

To view and download the supporting documents uploaded by the employee during onboarding, click on the Documents tab from the top menu bar.

There will also be records in the History tab to show which documents/files were imported from Flare HR.

Note: If a document/file was uploaded to the employee's profile in Flare HR after the onboarding process was completed, you can manually import them by clicking on the Import docs from Flare HR button in the top block, beside the 'Reset Password' button.

View other information available from Flare HR

To view other available employee information such as Tax details, Employment & position details, Bank details, Superannuation details, Visa & residency details, click on the View Flare HR info button in top block, beside the 'Reset Password' button.

Manually import employee data

To manually import the supporting documents uploaded by the employee during onboarding, click Import docs from Flare HR in top block, beside the 'Reset Password' button.

To manually import the contact details and emergency contacts provided by the employee during onboarding, click Import details from Flare HR in top block, beside the 'Reset Password' button.
